Beautifully designed - visually speaking.
Amazing location
Slow service and mistakes in the bar. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our drinks - and then the order was wrong. No-one came to take our food order
Lots of practical elements missing in the room - no reading lights, only one socket and no socket near the bed (very challenging if you have a medical device that needs charging over night), nowhere to put on make up/do your hair. The hanging rail in the wardrobe is so high that you have to use a hook to get down the heavy metal hangers - I very nearly had one land on my head!
