Tv and a/c remotes did not work. Bathroom wasn't restocked properly, no towels and toilet paper at arrival. Bathroom and bedroom doors weren't well serviced- they didn't work well.

The property is closer to facilities perfect location, staff is great they allowed to keep my luggage in the morning before I check in, they reply to messages and queries very fast
Taps are hard to close, towels and bedding are not pure white , there is no mop or rag in the bathroom to wipe off water , phones are not working to call reception you end up using WhatsApp , There is no twin plug or charging portal for charger only normal plugs, fire alarm went on by mistake and emergency door was not working
