Very nice stay at Blue Waters. The view was great. Just a couple of negatives. There was a puddle of water in my bathroom next to the toilet when I returned in the afternoon. One of my towels had blue stains all over it. But overall it was a nice comfortable stay. Clean room and very comfortable bed with much needed AC. Again, the view was the absolute best. Oh and the breakfast in the more was well prepared and very delicious. The staff absolute top notch, a 10/10.

Shows it age. Poor sound proofing. Trouble with restaurant staff - would not let us to just get a salad at the buffet evwen thouight it was on the menu and the buffet had all of the ingredients setup. Told us wouls would have to go through romm service but the only salads thet offered were Greek and Thai, Two block walk in the rain to get to a real restaurant. On the other hand the included breakfast buffet was excellent. In spite of these shortcommings, they hotel was well worth the price

the hotel was over packed , 1 lift not working. We had to complain to the manager who was Gavin at the time. He was wonderful. He listen to us and sorted us out. He made our stay memorable.

The place is okay, just few issues: *The bed was not comfortable *Pillows are hard and linen were not changed. *Aircon is not adjustable only produces cold air *No Iron or ironing board, if you need one, you have to payfor it.

The staff at the hotel are extremely polite, friendly and helpful (especially the reception team). I felt very welcomed and looked after by all the workers from the bar staff to the cleaners and overall had a really fantastic stay at the Blue Waters, I will return!

This resort was very very busy and crowded. Everyone tries to check in at the same time at 2pm so arrive later. No chance to get your room early. It was after 5pm when we got our room. The lobby area is very small after 4-5 families in the lobby you can’t move. The elevators were very slow. the view from our room was magnificent and the room layout and size was perfect.

The attitude and service was horrible. They gossip about clients. They said my fault was too much. The accent for our room was a problem, to activate it they asked when are we leaving as if they tired of seeing us.

Le déjeuner inclut était vraiment super. Le personnel très gentil. La chambre était super avec une vue incroyable. La piscine un peu petite était très bien aussi. Malheureusement, un des ascenseurs étaient quelques fois en panne. L’hôtel n’a pas de contrôle sur ça mais la qualité de l’eau à la mer était médiocre. Il faudrait que la ville s’occupe de ça au plus tot.

Breakfast was great but property can surely improve on room cleanliness. Also a lot of noise around at night and had a night when total strangers would knock on our door. Security there leaves a lot to be desired as anyone can easily enter property whether guest or not.

I liked the beautiful view from Versailles Restaurant at breakfast and the staff was very nice. However, the staff at reception are not all welcoming and pleasant. In the room, the two joint mattresses are not comfortable, the tiles in the bathroom need uplifting, not so clean. The door didn't lock properly from inside and the window opening straight on the street is scary and gives an awful view. No value for money on that particular aspect.

From the pictures it looked great, but probably covid struck them hard. The pool was no where near the pictures. Really dirty! And the room and the rest of the hotel was not the standard we expected from the price. Staff was very helpful!

Our stay was awesome, but the way they designed their wheelchair bathroom is not at all disable friendly, I honestly don't know who approved it as disable friendly. The shower chair is small and too high so much room for accidents, the tiles are slippery as the toilet and shower are in one space and the water goes all over. The shower handle is way out of reach. Using the bathroom was very uncomfortable, my partner couldn't even shower because he couldn't use the chair because it was high and too small for him to balance.

I checked in and was told that my booking, was not paid. It was late and tired, so I paid again. However, later in the evening, the Hotel was able to find the paid confirmation and I was refunded. Unneccessay Stress.

we have used this hotel numerous times, but i must say i was very dissapointed this time, the cleaniness in the lifts, corridors rooms are very dire. Sanitizing the lift with a dirty bucket of water and old and worn out mop. no hygiene wipes for the touch points. All good and well wearing masks at a buffet but everyone dishes up their own food with same serving spoon that everyone has touched, makes the mask wearing null and void!. They need to update this hotel and clean it properly.

The location is very good near the beach. View of the ocean is awesome. Rooms are large and spacious. Downside - shower splashes all over the bathroom and needs to be better protected. Calls to reception and the duty manager went unanswered for so long beats the purpose of calling. This should be fixed quickly. Overall the stay was pleasant.

A woman kept knocking at my door the whole night. I couldn’t open I was scared. I called reception they promised to send security they never returned to me. I tried shouting at the woman asking what do you want she kept knocking knocking. After 30 min the woman came back knocking. I did not sleep at all. When I walked out in the morning there was no one I hide to see if she will pitch no one pitched The scariest experience of my love I had at this hotel.
