The hot tub was great! Plenty of blankets! Really clean! Nice bathroom/ well stocked! Great location not too far from town. AC worked great! They had blue tooth speakers for outdoor hangouts and the tv worked well!
Our biggest complaint was that the stove did not seem to work. We could not get the oven to heat up which really presented a problem as we had brought a lot of food and had planned to cook. Cooking a pizza on a grill is a tough task and that definitely dampened our spirits on the first night. The staff did offer to send a handyman the next day, but we didn’t want to be disturbed. We made do with the grill outside. We did feel that at least a small portion of our rental fee could have been refunded. Also, the train noise did keep me up at night, though I am a very light sleeper, my girlfriend had no trouble.

Extremely clean and well equipped for cooking. Loved having the train come by with the train deck to view them up close. Location was beautiful and next to one of the most iconic climbing walls in the world with nearby hikes in primeval forests, waterfalls, and just stunning natural beauty. Index is a nice very small town as well. Easy access to decent grocery 8 miles away in Gold Bar. Excellent location overall and really nice accomodations.
Just need a pair of kitchen scissors and a good knife sharpener to help touch up the knives for better slicing. Minor nit as we bring our own. The nearby fires did create some haze but rain washed that out still something to keep an eye out this time of year.
