Bueno en relación calidad/precio. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, servido en terraza con vista a las ruinas de Ollantaytambo.
A veces no está la persona responsable en recepción. Una vez tuvimos que esperar unos minutos fuera del hotel para que nos abrieran la puerta.

The front desk ladies were very helpful and attentive and we enjoyed breakfast on the top floor. We only stayed one night because our trip plan changed, but they were very responsive and helpful with the cancellation process. The location was close to the plaza, but a farther walk to the train and ruins.
The bathroom was quite small and the hot water only seemed to work when we asked about it. There was a point when the water was not even on midday and when I sent a message about it, it all of the sudden worked. The heater didn’t work but they offered us a space heater that worked well. The room also didn’t have a hair dryer as noted, but when we asked they offered us one. The bed was comfortable, however the bedding and blankets were kind of rough and scratchy.
