Great experience! The room was comfortable, with enough blankets to keep us warm at night. The bathroom was clean and we had a nice view. In the morning, the staff were very helpful with breakfast and very attentive. They welcomed us and said goodbye with great kindness. We would definitely stay here again.
There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about the property, as I had a very pleasant stay. If I had to mention one thing, it would just be a small suggestion: an elevator would be a nice addition, especially when carrying luggage up to the 4th floor. It can be a bit of a workout! 😄

The bed was comfortable and the night staff was helpful when I needed to change rooms because of the noise. The day staff is friendly. 24 hr desk. They let me store my bag for 1 night while I explored the lake.
Its on a very busy street corner. I recommend being on the one with 2 narrow streets, not on the side with the main roads. I couldn’t sleep due to a loud speaker going all night. The staff let me sleep in a different room in the middle of the night.
The hot water was iffy… sometimes it wormed sometimes not. If you turn on the sink at the same time, it increases the pressure and you may get more heat.
No curtain or bathmat, so the water gets everywhere and the only thing to clean it up is toilet paper.
