Cute & comfy

Such a cozy little one bedroom suite. We absolutely will return to it when it becomes available again. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, all the apps on the TV to watch!

The wifi password didn't work and kept saying it was incorrect in every single electronic device we have, and when I asked about it - I was told I was wrong, but my devices aren't going to tell me its incorrect if its not.

Not satisfactory and I would not go back there or recommend it to anyone.

The house was 8 minutes away from the Normod Art Gallery were I was attending a Celebration of Life for a family member.

From the pictures that are posted about the suite, it does indicate were you enter , from what side of the house. It did not mention or show a stair case to the suite door, 25 plus steps down to get in the door. I arrived at 6pm and the evening was filled with very loud Children, stomping and playing above my head until 9pm. the volume on the TV was stuck on number 20 on the remote could not change it to louder or less loud. The place was not clean, in the bathroom the sink was dirty. I pulled out the chair by the desk and their looked like a pee stain from a previous pet, not cleaned up. The airfreshener was super over powereing, I unplugged it and put it and the laundry products in the bathroom cupboard. The fridge was not clean either. I got a message from the property owner, to take out the garbage before I check out, I had already left at 8:15am, Sunday morning, why was she charging $80 cleaning fee, if she expects people to take out their own garbage. and I was charged a pet fee when I dont own a pet.

Did not stay there as the welcome was horrible

Room listed for $69 with and bill added up to $175 Still fine. Checkin time mentioned 3pm to 11 pm Option to select arrival time Went there around 5:30pm, called the host he said dont come now , other people are still finishing up, come back at 6 It was raining, no parking available checked 3 streets Host was rude on call. So end up not staying there at all Booked another hotel room Got a text from him saying he is hearing loud noises from the suite I dont know if the host was on something or whatever. Rejected our cancellation request saying next time read twice and think twice before booking Such a horrible experience Totally money waste and runied experience

Too much febreeze/toxic cleaning chemical scent lingering

Nice modern design. Decent bed, hot water worked well.

The heating did not work for the first two nights and it was uncomfortably chilly, property owners upstairs were also loud in the morning around 7am with their children screaming, or them dropping objects. Top of the fridge was clearly dusty and obviously not cleaned. Aside from the poor heating, they used an excessive amount of febreeze/cleaning products that was overly noticeable and gave me a slight headache after a while.
