The cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location in Saint Martins were all excellent, but we especially loved our chats with Jared, one of the owners. He gave us pointers on where to eat and what to do, and was full of stories about the history and colourful characters of the area. Breakfast was delicious too.
The only thing we didn't like was leaving after just one night :)
We will stay here again if we are in this area.

L’emplacement est idéal et magnifique. Charmante chambre. Le personnel est très accueillant.
L’insonorisation est plutôt faible. Dommage car tout le reste est très bien!

Host was welcoming, caring, helpful and informative about the property and local amenities.
The room was clean with nice bath products.
The continental breakfast was good with fresh berries. The “welcome” cookie and drink were a nice touch.
Rooms need some pictures to add warmth. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable (and I like a firm mattress). Need a blackout blind or curtain as too much light came through sheers from porch lights. Another small end table would be helpful.

While the staff did their best and were friendly and the views lovely, the bathroom shower very small and tight and the breakfast was disappointing.
