Small room, small closet , not having much space to hang up clothing , window glass was dirty and blurry can’t see outside for sightseeing

Clean, comfortable and accessible. Large room, modern amenities.
We were treated very rudely by the bar staff. We sat for twenty minutes(my husband said on the tv he watched an entire set of tennis being played). Not one person greeted us, apologized because they were busy or even made eye contact.
