The location was very convenient - really just about a 10-15 walk downtown. The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of food choices. The hot-food station server was welcoming and genuinely seemed to enjoy her interactions with hotel guests. The specialty coffee bar was also wonderful.

I found the bed to be extremely comfortable. The room was also really large. The tv was extra large which was great for watching the World Cup on!
First off there isn’t even one complimentary bottle of water in the room. This hotel desperately needs a makeover. Rugs throughout the hotel are worn, torn, and dirty. Outside of the TVs and mattresses, hotel looks like it hasn’t been touched since 1986. Only one elevator was working. The parking lot is not well lit and the area the hotel is in is - the city itself-has a high rate of car break ins.
