This property is in a perfect location for both domestic and international travellers. It’s within easy walking distance of Southern Cross Station and includes secure, fob-access parking. I found the car park to be very safe and secure, with the added bonus of no extra parking fee — which is rare for accommodation in this area.
The apartment itself felt incredibly warm and welcoming, from the décor right down to the thoughtful inclusion of condiments. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The pool, spa, steam room, and gym were all clean, well-maintained, and fully functional.
Both check-in and check-out were simple and seamless, and staff communication throughout was excellent. A few minor issues were addressed promptly.

The mattress could benefit from replacement as it is beginning to sag. Additionally, some deeper cleaning would be helpful — particularly the air-conditioning filter and areas with dust build-up, as this did trigger my allergies. That said, I was happy to take care of this myself and it wasn’t a major concern.

Great location, key collection is very close and having a car park included was invaluable. The apartment has a lovely cozy feel and although it’s not new and a few little things are starting to become worn, it seems to be well cared for.
The management team were great with communication and very responsive.
