The property was newish and modern and in a nice nook of Ubud with lots of eateries and cool coffee shops within a short walking distance.
There is a washing machine and juicer which we really appreciated.
The property is off the Main Street and about a 6 minute walk down a paved well maintained path that is lined with shops and cafes. Cars are not allowed down this path, so you either walk or catch a motorcycle to the front door of the property. It was not an issue for us. We quite enjoyed the location away from the busy streets of Ubud. There is also a lovely cheap and delicious warung right next door!
The property had a few minor maintenance issues, eg loose tap-ware, and a few things that could be addressed eg, there were wooden slats over pebbles on the shower bases as opposed to tiles. The pool area could be maintained a bit better too. We flagged these issues with the management and they were apologetic and reassured they will be fixed. No major issues and these issues did not impact our enjoyment too much.

The check was a bit confusing as we did not get check details prior to arrival, and the contact number we had was incorrect.
