The staff were attentive and awake when we arrived really late in the night
It is quite creaky with a lot of steps for the room we were in. Needs a lift for those that may need it

The cleanliness of the rooms. The location, a bit out of the city but the area was really nice and felt safe. Good distance to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, we were back at the hotel with half an hour of the concert finishing.
Needed tea and coffee facilities in the room. There was a coffee machine in the foyer but it didn't work. Then the hot water tank wasn't on for tea. We were up and out by 11am so we got a coffee and breakfast nearby so no big deal.

The host was so kind and helpful very welcoming the room was spacious and clean , it had a nice sitting area outside and the lobby as well . Also the area was safe and quiet.
Would recommend definitely coming again

The staff were friendly, polite and professional. It was situated in a very convenient area and was comfortable for one night.
There were some areas in corridor that could have been repaired. The bedroom walls could do with a fresh coat of pain. Noticed a stain on a pillow case. Only had towels for 2 people even though there were 3 of us. I could not make a hot drink unless I held the kettle whilst boiling or put it on the floor. The same for the bedside lamp. Could only turn it on if placed on floor. My expectations were not high as it was only 3 stars but not being able to put a lamp or kettle on was quite disappointing.
