The location was excellent. So close to the beach without paying beachfront prices. I jogged to the beach each day without a need to move my car!
1. We had a concern about the front steps and deck in terms of their stability. Some of the wood is warped and it may be time to think about replacing for safety reasons.
2 . Was the sitting area in the back for all guests? We weren’t sure as it was used primarily by the family on the first floor. I used the bench in the front- however the sun was strong out there so my time was limited.
3. The stools in the dining area of our unit needed replacing- as the foot supports have become detached from the stool legs and can present a hazard.
4. Provide a box of garbage bags and a box of dishwasher detergent instead of one of each.
5. Exterminator coverage needs to be increased as there were little ladybugs in the guest bedroom along the windowsill- which weren’t highly problematic, however a roach was seen by me disappearing behind the bathroom mirror.

Location to the beach is awesome. A/C was working great.
The building and room was outdated and needed some real love. There was the bare minimum of anything. The trash can in the kitchen was a bathroom trash can. The washer and dryer are on the backside of the building, not like presented in the pictures and was a half ass room to say the least.
The beds are the worst I have sleep on yet, they were thin and from the dollar store or temu. Definitely would never go back.
