It was a nice property and was close to the water. The host, Ahmed, made a very delicious breakfast for us and took us on amazing tours around the islands to experience the Nubian villages along the Nile. He was very hospitable and helped us with anything we asked for.
The property can be a bit difficult to climb up to for those with disabilities or injuries. The beds didn’t appear clear at first but Ahmed was quick to replace the bedding and fix the sheets for us. It was very hot but that’s normal given its location. Thankfully the air conditioning worked and helped us stay cool. There are also a lot of bugs in the property and geckos but that may also be because it’s on an island.
