The location was excellent.
The rooms were cleaned everyday.
It was a lovely quiet place to stay.
There was no staff on site.
Entry to the hotel was sent by a link.
Our room code was not sent and we had to ring to obtain
There was no general information available - eg bus and metro routes and how to pay on buses etc.

The rooms were stunning and the aircon kept the room at a very comfortable cold temperature. It’s in a very ideal location as there are a lot of hidden spots that were our favourites to eat at which we wouldn’t of found had we not stayed here
The first room we got, the aircon didn’t work properly and was hard to sleep in because it was too warm. But 2 messages to the owner later we had been moved rooms and the aircon got fixed within 3 days

The facilities and the room were impressive ! Modern room and bath, good common area to leave your bags. Staff helped us when there were some problems!
You don’t just book it online and is done. After booking you have to make sure you follow the procedure of online booking and then you can have the codes to get in your room. It is a bit complicated like getting your pictures putting your name as the id etc but I understand the reasons. I didn’t realize that earlier and we stayed out in the heat until it was done. Plus make sure you have the right key code to the main door. Everything else was great.
