10 / 10Outstanding·Nov 2025
we stayed at the hotel as part of an anniversary trip. The communication re: check in and parking was seamless. The flat was beautiful and uniquely decorated. Everything that was needed to prepare our own breakfasts was in the suite. A suggestion would be an extra chair or or a small loveseat instead in the living area as due to the placement of the television, two people could not see it from the bed. This was just a small inconvenience.
It was a further walk to the theatre than anticipated.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel to couples looking for a great getaway who are looking for something other than a typical hotel room.

Beautiful room, well appointed. Very responsive staff. Bed was very comfortable, the sheets were so soft. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Stayed there for three nights recently visiting Stratford Festival. Great location, across the Avon, just 10 minutes from downtown Stratford. Nice residential neighborhood, quiet. The flat is very nice, nicely decorated and refurbished. full kitchen amenities, nice bath/shower, totally redone Very clean.. very comfortable.and quiet. Would return.

Walk away from great restaurants. Beautiful aesthetic but the mattress in our room was sunken in and did not meet typical hotel quality. Also, because it is an older building, it had a particular smell to it.
