My husband and I were pleased with our stay. The suite was very spacious and had good amenities. We found the stairs a bit difficult to navigate though with luggage. The lighting at the bathroom vanity was extremely bright, could be a lot less and there was no shelf to put toiletries on either. We wondered if the room could be better soundproofed from the traffic noise.
The complimentary coffee was a nice touch.
Thank you

Positives:
- large space
- full kitchen with all the amenities
- very comfortable bed/sheets/pillow
- very nice decor
- good location close to all the major spots in Stratford
Negatives
- there must have been a recent snow storm and the parking lot wasn't properly cleared prior to our check in resulting in my car getting stuck in the snow, they were very responsive when we messaged for help
- the bathroom has very limited counter space
- the overall space is very dark
- most the battery operated candles were dead
- the room temperature was very hot, 31, upon arrival
