Nestled in Imperial Beach, this lovely house for $174 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: This brand new, nearly 3 bed/2.5 bath home with an enclosed, pet-friendly backyard and a secure, detached, over-sized 2-car garage. The Space: The downstairs features a large interconnected living space with a living room, kitchen, dining room and family room all together. Plenty of room to spread out and rest or gather and watch TV. Kitchen in fully appointed with all that you would need (oven, stove, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for your family. There is also a half bathroom on this level for convenience. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a queen bed with an attached bath with a double sink vanity, large walk-in closet and another television. There are also two other bedrooms (one with a queen and one with 2 twins) along with another full bath with a tub/shower combo. The backyard is set up for outdoor fun with a grill and seating to lounge. There is a detached 2-car garage that also has a washer dryer for your use. Guest Access: The entire home is yours including the exclusive use of the outdoor patio adjoining the home and the detached garage. The Neighborhood: Imperial Beach is one of San Diego's beach gems. It is the perfect spot to soak in the day from your patio or take off to explore southern California. The home is only one block to a community park and under one mile from the beach. You have easy access to Coronado Island as well as downtown San Diego or take a quick trip across the border to Tijuana. Getting Around: Rental bikes and scooters are plentiful for rent by the hour/day/week. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego and the 2-car garage guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego. Other Things to Note: Per the Municipal Code of the City of Imperial Beach we must host guests for a minimum of 30 nights. If you have any questions about this requirement, please send us a message. For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement. Despite any stated cancellation policy, I will refund 100% for any cancellations made prior to 90 days from your arrival date. Thereafter I will refund your rental fee to the extent I am able to re-rent the unit for the days cancelled. Pet Policy: We do not allow cats in this property. Interaction with Guests: We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost/Preferred Partner for over 4 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise.

A real gem south of San Diego

This beautifully renovated property is perfect for both short and longer-term stays. My family of 6 were comfortable and happy at this house in the week between Christmas and New Year's. The house is easy to access, with garage or on-street parking. Linens, towels and furnishings are all new and comfortable. It is only a short distance to the beach and pier, where our kids enjoyed playing in the water and watching the surfers. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided. We made several day trips to Coronado Island, San Diego, La Jolla and other nearby beach destinations. The best part about having access to a full house as comfortable and well apportioned as this one is there are enough rooms for everyone to disappear into in the evenings, after day trips and lots of togetherness :-). The wifi and TV systems also kept everyone happy. Aaron and Kathy Beard are great communicators--they sent emails with important information in a timely fashion, were readily available if there were issues, and checked in with us to make sure we'd found everything we needed. In short, we highly recommend this house!

Great administration, doesn't get much easier really. Super friendly, responsive and accommodating. The house's interior has been re-done 100% recently and thus it's super enjoyable. Location is good, easy to get to freeway, beach is close enough. 10/10 would do again!

Imperial beach was only a 5 minute drive away. I felt as if I had my own private beach while I was there. The beach was not crowded as they are at all of the other San Diego beaches and all of the touristy areas, are only within a 30 minute drive.

This property was newly renovated and furnished. It was exactly what we were looking for. It's quite spacious. Light, clean, safe and easy to travel to and from. Imperial Beach is further south than we usually stay, but was perfectly fine for our March trip. I have only good things to say about the house and the property management team. I would definitely do business with them again.
