Convenient and near many stores and supermarket, which is about a 8min walk.
If you’re after a quiet & private space, then I suggest requesting somewhere away from the main road. We didn’t mind the noise and the passing vehicles but if you have children and want a quiet space I suggest requesting.

Subject: Request for Partial Refund – No Internet Connection and TV Issues in Room 7Hi Team,I am writing to request a partial refund for my recent stay due to the room amenities not working correctly.During my time in Room 7, the internet was completely off with no connection available at all. Because of this, I was forced to top up my phone and use my own mobile data for the entire night, resulting in unexpected out-of-pocket costs. Furthermore, the TV was also not working properly.Given that both internet access and a functional TV were expected amenities that were not provided, I request a partial refund of my payments to offset this inconvenience and expense.I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter.Kind regards,

The actual room was really clean. The price and location.
My room was close to the main road so was noisy, the room next to us were quite noisy drinking outside their room to early hours, I was tucked away in a corner too which looked untidy on the outside. Room quite small. Unsure where to park.
