Please shut down this property as soon as possible . Council must check this yuck property

Nothing at all it was yuck i thought i was getting discount but dont fall for cheap price seriously it was disgusting

There was nothing in there to be liked ,, room itslef its disgusting ,, toilet bathroom everything is so yuck so smelly and tiles was about to come out . To be honest its my horrible stay in 8 years of newzealand

Noisy environment difficult to get a good nights sleep

Staff were friendly and helpful and shuttle service great

Could smell cannabis in hallway outside our room. Other guests were noisy drinking partying suspect this is an emergency housing motel? The neighbours had a huge party next door kept us awake most of the night loud banging music beer bottles smashing we had little sleep as leaving up at 5am to catch an international flight barely slept. There was no coffee in the sachets nor product in the guest shampoo and soap in bathroom they were filled with water. Suspect a staff is taking the contents as the coffee sachets were cello-taped up. Has to be my very worst experience of a motel/hotel in my life would never return based on this.

Would stay again, value for money in Auckland and ability to get food on site very handy.

Shower was excellent, great pressure. Off street parking was appreciated,bed was comfortable. Suitable for quick overnight stay. Basic meals available .24 hour check in makes it easy for late arrival.

Keep Stop

We just had a short stay making use of the shuttle and a place to relax between a'long layover. Pick up was seamless and there is a restaurant on site.

Shuttle was 25 minutrs late from scheduled time to take us'to airport. Not close to anything. In a residential area.

Room was tired and old and not spotlessly clean but free airport shuttle in middle of night was super practical.

Complimentary airport shuttle service (they collected us at 1am) is the best thing and only 10-15 minutes drive from the airport. Comfortable big bed.

Room and furniture was rather worn and old. Reasonably clean but not spotless. Room was rather dark and dingy and would not have wanted to sow and much time in it.

Check in staff were friendly and the shuttle bus driver was very nice I would stay again

Great Location from the international airport Breakfast not appetising but staff member did make us fresh eggs sunny side up, which was lovely . Great improvement in renovating the dining room with new table/chairs colour scheme

Dining room was drab and dark on our arrival 15th nov . great improvement on our return on the 27th Nov

Few hours transit stay

The staffs and location

The couch is dirty with stains and room had a strong unpleasant ordour which didn't go away even with door and french window open. Furniture are old and can see that the rooms have not been upgraded for ages. For a night or few hours stay, it is passable. We give our thumbs up for the Korean receptionist and the super cool lady who shuttle us to the airport.

Great location, Wonderful staff, Awesome Food

Clean, very convenient to the airport, and awesome staff members. Restaurant & Bar was located on the premises, affordable and yummy!!

Room service was inconvenient a tad earlier than needed to be, however very efficient and manners were on point.

Friendly staff basic but clean facilities close to airport with free shuttle.

Proximity to the airport with excellent shuttle service, friendly and helpful staff at a great rate. Ticked all our boxes for a hassle-free one night stopover.

Its not that we didnt like the rooms other than to say they needing a refurbishment but they were totally fine for the price we paid.

Free Airport shuttle even past midnight. Small, but just nice to lay over a night. Toilet seems newly renovated, clean.

If the small issues mentioned above is sorted it could be a great place.

Good location. Good food Free shuttle.

no warm warm blankets in the room. I ran out of toilet paper. The power tripped when I switched on the heater.

The excellent quality of the Hotel bed-linen and the awesome pressure of the hot shower. Jo, who drove me to the Airport in shuttle van was very pleasant.

My overnight stay was good

I liked how friendly and helpful staff were

I think the place needs updating and bathroom and shower had mould also gardens needed weeding. The outside looked untidy which is not good first impression

Great value for a one night stay.

Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Room and bed were a good size but a bit basic but OK for one night. Value for money, excellent.

The place is a bit tired but our flight down to Auckland was cancelled (during the cyclone) and did not want to pay extortionate airport hotel costs.

I would not recommend it …it is the worst place I have ever stayed in in New Zealand for the cost. as well as the room

the staff was friendly and helpful

the room was very outdated with torn cushions and stains on the couch

Excellent experience

Staff were amazing. Night staff on last night was very friendly and welcoming. Great staff and very helpful. Very easy process and room was comfy and as we expected. Would stay again 🙂

Shower was a bit weird to turn on but overall, good.
