It is a cozy hotel in the right place of Lisbon … the best of all the staff, Licia is amazing, kind and very professional… the staff who work in the restaurant making breakfast were exceptional… my wife and I highly recommend the hotel 🎉

Excellent location and quiet hotel. The female staff we encountered were very helpful and knowledgeable. The gentlemen, not so much.
There was a distinct sewer smell pervading the lobby, wine lounge and seeping into our room at certain times of the day.
The bathroom sink area had very little storage or counter space, and there was nowhere to set your shower items while showering.
There was a very treacherous step on the stairway that caused us to trip multiple times.
