Absolutely beautiful accommodation, much better than the pictures!
We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean, and honestly, it is much nicer than we expected from the photos.
As you come through the front door, you enter into a lovely kitchen which has absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. There’s an air fryer, toaster, blender, coffee facilities and everything you need if you want to prepare meals. There’s also a washing machine, which was really useful.
There is a stunning downstairs toilet and shower room, and then a really comfortable sitting room with a really, really comfortable large sofa and TV. The patio doors open onto the garden terrace, which was probably my favourite feature of the whole house. It’s a fantastic little sun trap, with two sunbeds and a lovely seating area. There’s also a back door from the terrace leading to the pool area, which was another great feature.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has two very comfortable single beds and a small Juliet balcony, while the other has a really comfortable double bed and a good-sized balcony with chairs. There is also another beautiful full bathroom upstairs, which was absolutely brilliant.
The house has air conditioning throughout and everything feels very new, clean and comfortable. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into making the house somewhere that people can genuinely enjoy staying.
The location is also fantastic. It’s around a 25-minute walk to the Old Town and about 15 minutes to Levante Beach, with the bars even closer. There are several shops and bars nearby, as well as a 24-hour supermarket around a 10-minute walk away. Taxis can also pick you up on the main road, which is really convenient.
The only thing I would mention is that, because the bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs, I wouldn’t recommend the house for anyone who has difficulty managing stairs.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay.
One thing worth mentioning, although this was absolutely not a negative for us, is that the keys have to be collected from an office in the Old Town, which is around a 25-minute walk from the apartment.
This was fully explained to us when we booked, so we simply arranged for our transfer to drop us off at the office in the Old Town, collected the keys and paid the deposit there. As we didn’t have much luggage, we then walked to the apartment, although it would only be around €6 in a taxi.
The deposit was refunded within 24 hours of our departure, which was great. Another thing we really appreciated was that on departure you can leave the keys on the table in the apartment rather than having to return them to the office. This was particularly convenient for us as we had an early morning flight.
So, definitely not a negative in our experience at all, as everything was clearly explained before we arrived and the process was very straightforward. I just wanted to mention it as it’s something that some guests might want to be aware of when planning their arrival.

Property was clean , modern and had everything you could possibly need during your stay
Getting the keys from the office was difficult as we had to walk quite a way and seemed unable to get a taxi … flight arrived at 12pm check in wasn’t til 5pm although we were contacted earlier and flight arrived at a was very hot and after a long journey it’s the last thing you want to do

It was gorgeous, modern, spotless!
It had everything we needed. Hairdryer, iron, Smart TV, all cooking equipment. Private Garden, balcony and access to a POOL!!
