The location is absolutely excellent! Just a 5-minute walk from Okubo Station and 6 minutes from Shin-Okubo Station, which is on the JR Yamanote Line, making it incredibly easy to explore Tokyo and reach major areas such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, and many other destinations.
The accommodation was exceptionally clean, and the hosts were simply wonderful. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always offering us coffee or water and making sure we had everything we needed.
They even went out of their way to take us to the station when we left for Kyoto. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us.
Their genuine kindness and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I return to Tokyo!
Absolutely nothing! Everything was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Nada.

The property was a good size considering the location. The owner was very thorough in explaining where everything was. Location was really good too.
