the room is spacious. The pull out Murphy bed is comfortable and it has been set up with linen and pillows.
We stay in the resort for 2 nights between 3-2-26 to 3-4-26. The first night is a truly nightmare.
When we open the room, it is cold. Later, we found out the heater is broken. Turn on the hot water, water is cold and not warm at all. We try to connect to WIFI, and it does not allow after 2 devices. After a long day activities, we just need to have a hot shower and go to bed. Instead we are busy to call the front desk to report issues one after another. The front desk asks us to bring the computer and devices to the lobby to be looked at, we are just too frustrated to go. It should be really easy to connect to wifi especially both my husband and I are computer software engineers. Finally, he brings us two space heaters and come to the room to set the code for wifi for us. After follow up calls, he told us the technician went home and the hot water issue wont be resolved until 2nd day. So, we took an almost cold shower with space heater in the bathroom. Unfortunately, when we using one space heater in the living room, my daughter blow dry her hair in the bathroom which trigger the power surge, we had to call the front desk again. Luckily, another staff calls engineer at home and was able to reset the circuit breaker. Also, the shower curtain in the master bathroom is broken, so the water is spilled all over the floor.
The 2nd day, after we come back from a long hike, the heater in the room is working, The shower curtain is replaced and hot water heater issue is fixed. However, the water temperature in the 2nd bathroom is not hot compared to the water temperature in the kitchen or master bathroom.
I am a Marriott and Hyatt resort owner, and don't encounter so many problems with other resorts I have stayed. I always like Wyndham hotels but never stay at Wyndham resort, after this trip, I definitely have a different experience.
