The space was very comfortable and very spacious on the inside. Loved how light it was and the sun streaming in.
It set back a little from the surrounding homes so felt spacious even on the outside.
Very well equipped, with a great kitchen and an excellent size fridge and freezer. A very good location to beach, local pubs and shops and centre.
Just a few things with the property that were a little frustrating... The blinds by the door were broken or didn't work at all so anyone walking past in the early morning or night when it was dark, could see in.
The double bedding we brought with us was too small and so it didn't fit the bed or the bedding but i don't remember seeing anything that said the bed was kingsize or not standard size (I could have missed this).
Also we followed all the instructions on arrival about switching the heating on but it didn't work... after 45 mins and a number of calls to reception and security (who didn't answer because it was on NYE... although security did call us back an hour later)... we found a thermostat in the bedroom under the TV... thermostat was set to 7 degree! It just would have been helpful to have been told there was one as it was not in the instructions.
None of this ruined our stay.... we had a lovely time, they were just niggles that could easily be rectified.

Lovely quiet location in the park. The lodge has everything you could possibly want and it’s very spacious. Having two bathrooms and a utility room makes it very versatile. There were only three of us, but it would definitely comfortably fit six.
The triple bunk in one of the bedrooms wasn’t very practical. The too bunk is too high and close to the ceiling to use. It would be more comfortable to have twin or double beds in this room.
I did raise it several times with the team, but there was no Wi-Fi, it wasn’t working. This made the trip a little difficult as I was with two teenagers!
The deck was dirty and so was the outdoor furniture. I also raised this but it wasn’t addressed by the team. I ended up sweeping it myself so we could use it.

Very comfortable well equipped accommodation. In a quiter part of the park. Any concerns we had were dealt with efficiently
Nothing was enough to spoil our visit but the wi-fi was intermittent.

Lodge was in a great location on the park, plenty of space and everything you would need was catered for. Clean and modern furniture.
The fridge/freezer needed a new filter so couldn’t use the ice machine or cold water from the fridge. Dishwasher needed salt & rinse aid. Also outside decking could of been cleaned prior to our arrival, have bird poo & debris over it.
