Location was great.
The rooms are up levels of floors and there’s no elevator / lift, which isn’t disclosed. Even though they provide a coffee maker, washing machine, etc. there isn’t anything to use them with. So you’ll have to go out and buy your own coffee or laundry pods.
There also isn’t any paper towels or even a wash cloth or towel for the kitchen. So don’t wash your hands or spill anything.
You’ll have to also search for things like a hairdryer because they’re not where they should be. They place them under the television in a cabinet. And no one is on sight. And response times via text take forever.

Boende i perfekt läge.

Good communication using Whatsapp. Entry was very straightforward once we had been given the door code to enter the building. The location was great. The amenities in the flat were good quality. Everywhere was very clean and tidy with no clutter.
There was no welcome manual with basic info about the flat. We liked having the reassurance of the Whatsapp channel to asks questions if needed but some of the questions could be already answered in a pack without feeling you were bothering someone.
Carrying a heavy suitcase on a very narrow staircase.

Location was great, apartment was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed except dryer (the dryer function in the washing machine was terrible). But otherwise well furnished.
Stairs were very narrow, had to climb up 3 flights with luggages to reach the unit.
Paid 50 pounds to get a baby cot but it came without a cot mattress, feedbacked to team and only got a cot on the second day.
Booked Chandos place with two other families so we could stay near to each other but the property suddenly cancelled both my friends’ bookings 3 days before the date we were supposed to check in and my friends had to scramble to book another accomodation last minute.
