It was easy access to the Tran station and Suzanna was very helpful.
The squeaky bed which made it hard to get a good nights sleep

Appartamento piccolo, ma funzionale, situato in una posizione strategica, a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e molto vicino al centro, in una zona tranquilla. Ideale anche come base per escursioni alle Cinque Terre. La proprietaria è attentissima a soddisfare eventuali richieste e disponibile nel fornire ogni tipo di informazione utile al soggiorno. Il letto, pur essendo a scomparsa, è comunque sufficientemente comodo. La presenza del condizionatore ha permesso di sopportare l'umidità, che in questi giorni a La Spezia è stata davvero opprimente.
I muri sono spessi e con alcuni gestori telefonici (Wind) la connessione non è ottimale all'interno dell'appartamento. Anche il modem interno funziona con una SIM e non garantisce una connessione veloce.

Mieszkanie było czyste i przestronne. Łazienka i kuchnia również czyste , dobrze wyposażone. Niczego nie brakowało. Dużym plusem było wygodne łóżko i duża kołdra. Właścicielka zostawiła nam wino ;) Mieszkanie znajdowało się blisko dworca kolejowego, bardzo przydatne jeśli chce się zwiedzić okolice, np. Cinque Terre. Kontakt z właścicielką był bezproblemowy, z chęcią udzieliła nam informacji o zwiedzaniu Cinque Terre czy polecanego jedzenia w La Spezia. Polecam z całego serca!

A really nice host. The accommodation was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. The only small downside was the Wi-Fi, which was not very reliable. This didn’t matter to us, but it might be an issue for some guests. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place.”
