Fantastic location. Great property - nicely presented and very comfortable. Beautiful Art Deco property. Kitchen well stocked.
Lovely having heaters/heat pump on at arrival.
A little road noise to get used to but worth it for the location and great Art Deco building.
Some hand soap in bathroom would be good.

This is a beautiful example of an Art Deco building. The apartment has 2 very nice bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The apartment was exceptionally clean with a modern kitchen stocked with essentials for a short stay. The apartment is directly opposite the beach, and a long walk or a very short drive from the Napier CBD. There is also a washing machine. The apartment has reverse cycle aircon, and 2 heaters for those who feel the cold. The garage for cars is down the back beside a shared laundry, but the driveway is quite narrow (an older building of course) although a RAV 4 was parked in the garage. There is good quality wifi.

We liked the character of the apartment, the amenities and its convenient location. It was beautifully decorated and had all we needed.
There was nothing really. It was a bit noisy with the road and trains but it was ok and the trains were not common. If we had 4 adults it might have felt a bit cramped but for the two of us it was perfect.

Lovely looking art deco building. Great equipment and comfortable clean bed . Good shower.
Downstairs apartment had a fan on a lot which was noisy in the apartment . Wasn’t told apartment was upstairs . Needed a good cobweb clean and sofas had very wobbly legs which felt like would give way
