Bad communication and angry neighbour

Beds were nice and comfortable and the bedrooms were a good size

Firstly the address was wrong on google maps so it was really hard to find. The owner takes a long time to reply. The shower leaked and there was no plug for the bath and there was an angry note from the downstairs neighbour on arrival at the door telling us to not make any noise which really put us on edge for the whole stay. Finally, the apartment we stayed in was not the same as the pictures posted, they were clearly in the same building but the one we stayed in was a bit more tired looking and the layout was different.

Appartement lumineux et bien situé. Stationnement au pied de l'appartement. À 3 km du centre.

Très mal isolé entre les étages. On entend les voisins au dessus. La nuit le lampadaire est toujours allumé. Il manque des rideaux sur les fenêtres ont se croirait en plein jour. Pas assez de vaisselle pour 6 personnes. Les messages envoyés avant et pendant le séjour sont resté sans réponse. Le logement est mal indiqué. N'hésitez pas à descendre la rue, l'appart est dans l'angle.

Dezastruos!

Curățenia josnică, când am ajuns în apartament erau 14 grade, și în ziua în care am plecat în apartament era încă frig! În tot apartamentul sunt 3 calorifere subdimensionate! Baia , dotată cu cadă nu are încălzire , spațiul grupului sanitar , în care este wc , foarte foarte mic , dacă ai peste 1,80 înălțime , nu reușești să închizi ușa! Bucătăria și holul fără încălzire! Paturile , la orice mișcare , te trezești din cauza scârțâitului ; una dintre camere fără perdele , îți luminează toată noaptea felinarele de afară , de parcă e ziua în apartament; curățenia lasă și ea de dorit - am fost 3 persoane ne au lăsat 3 prosoape de duș , sejur de 4 zile nu le a schimbat nimeni sau să ți lase o rezervă! Prosoape mici inexistente, uscător de păr nu, mașina de spălat nu , fierbător de apă plin de mucegai , există cafetiera dar nu ai cafea, dacă folosești vasele nu ai detergent și bureți de spălat, nu există nici un dulap pt haine ! Curățenia inexistentă ! 😒
