De locatie. Het appartement ligt direct aan het El Arenal strand.
Het complex is iets wat verouderd. Appartement zelf is wel recent vernieuwd.

Proximity to the beach and restaurants, monochromatic relaxing decor, kitchen amenities were everything we needed, terrace with swing chair, large shower toiletries,
policy to retrieve keys at check in at a different location is inconvenient when traveling without a car, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom without any reserve requires purchase for a longer stay, 1 washer pod for a combo machine that barely dries, one dishwasher pod, noisy hotel in the rear, smoking tenants next door could be smelled on the terrace, building lost power for 30 minutes but was rectified quickly, ACs have a leaning curve because some rooms don’t work with the remote provided in the room-use the main remote and save yourself some aggravation
