The location of this rental was ideal – a perfect balance of stunning views and easy access to both Carmel and Monterey. It was only a short drive to everything we wanted to do, from exploring the towns to hiking in the surrounding areas. We really appreciated the seamless check-in process and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the home
We arrived at night and the outside lighting was not very bright for the stairs and walkway. overall no other complaints.

A house with a lot of potential to be a luxury home. Good location, great size. Except for the VERY flattering photos, everything was as advertised
Very unmaintained - stained carpets, ripped screen doors, moldy smell, broken kitchen oven that didn’t stop beeping throughout our entire stay, garage door remote that didn’t work.
We contacted the team about some of the issues, but none were taken cared of. They did have time to remove the exterior lightning lamp apparently (because the neighbors complained we guess?) but that meant that we had to leave in complete darkness early morning.
