I can't emphasize enough how much this property should be AVOIDED
This was a TERRIBLE property. Booking.com’s Guest Rights state that Booking.com has a responsibility to ensure properties meet basic standards. THIS PROPERTY WAS MISREPRESENTED. We moved out after 1 night and the property have ghosted us after promising a partial refund for the remaining 6 nights.
1. In one of the bedrooms - the bed and floor were soaked from water leaking from the ceiling. Mould on the walls.
2. The air in the property was very stale with an unpleasant odour. Only one of the windows in the unit could be opened, making the problem worse.
3. The knob controlling the water temperature from the showerhead was not working and left the water temperature very high.
4. The property was not cleaned before our arrival. There was leftover food in the microwave that had gone mouldy, beverage containers left in the kitchen basin.
5. There was a pile of rubbish left in the corner of the backyard attracting rats.
6. The washing machine was in questionable condition. When we tried to wash a white towel, it came out with dust and stains.
7. The toilet made a noise sporadically for hours.
8. Listed number is for a random car hire business who have no relation to the property. We were only given their "true" phone number 25 minutes before arriving.
