About this house rental
Summary:
New mountain modern property in the heart of Crested Butte. Chef inspired kitchen, immaculate furnishings, private yard, hot tub and located just few blocks from everything.
The Space:
This brand-new three-story home sits on a freshly developed block just two blocks from downtown Crested Butte—close enough to walk or bike into town for everything CB has to offer. A rotating display of local oil paintings adds a gallery-like elegance throughout, elevating the home's mountain-modern feel. Please note: as shown in the photos, a new home is currently under construction next door.
First Floor
Two beautifully appointed bedrooms—one king, one queen—each enjoy their own en suite bathroom. At the back of the home, a bunk room with a large TV and PlayStation offers a fun retreat for kids or friends, with easy access to the hot tub just outside and a large shared full bath nearby. A mudroom and laundry room round out this level.
Second Floor
The heart of the home unfolds here: a chef-inspired kitchen with oversized, high-end appliances gives you all the space you need to cook for the whole group, alongside a square dining table that seats 8. The vaulted living area centers on a large gas fireplace and smart TV, with plenty of seating for game nights or simply unwinding after a day in the mountains. Step out to the deck for magnificent views, or head to the outdoor gas grill just off the kitchen, with stairs leading down to the hot tub and ground-level patio. The primary suite on this floor offers a king bed and a luxurious en suite bath with a soaking tub and steam shower. A 2-car garage, accessed via the alley, fits most average-size vehicles.
Third Floor
The entire top floor is a private second primary suite, featuring a king bed, a large en suite bath with soaking tub and shower, plus a twin daybed and desk—ideal as a quiet retreat or bonus space.
Home Comforts
Radiant floor heating with separate controls in every bedroom, a whole-home humidifier, a Sonos sound system, lighting control, and wifi throughout ensure comfort and connectivity at every turn.
The maximum number of guests is 10.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
There are 4 security cameras located outside of the property: 2 in the front and 2 in the rear.
This property is not pet friendly.
There are three designated parking spots for vehicles.

Teocalli Art House is a fabulous accommodation to stay in Crested Butte. We enjoyed the home and the amenities. The location is perfect to be in town and yet have a quiet respite.The staff at Alpine was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this home! It’s beautiful, in a perfect location, and just a short walk to town. The host was super responsive and helpful the whole time. We’d happily stay again!
