About this house rental
Welcome to this charming house in Frazier Park. This marvelous property boasts a fully equipped open concept kitchen that leads to a large outdoor deck. It has 2 queen beds, 1 twin/full bunk bed, 2 twin bunk beds and a queen sofa bed across its 3 relaxing bedrooms. With 3 full bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and shampoo/conditioner so guests will feel right at home. A large driveway to park 1-6 cars. Direct access to Hungry Valley Motorcycle Park and Mt. Pinos Mountain bike trails. We a have a huge park close by, 4 min waking distance, with a BBQ grill, kids park, skating park, walking trails and more. Frazier Park is a great little community, with its own store, bank, library, and so much more! Less than an hour to either Bakersfield, Castaic, Santa Clarita and San Fernando valley!

The house was perfect for my party size. Plenty of room. The road to get to the house was something I am not personally fond of, but we did have parking for our 2 vehicles. The house was very clean and spacious. Definitely worth it for a larger group.
