まず、とても広いです。2階建ての建物で1階のリビングはとても広く10人でも十分なスペースがあります。 トイレなどは2箇所、とても綺麗な新しいトイレがありお風呂も新しくアメニティなどもあり助かりました。 洗濯機や調理設備も完備、至れり尽くせりでとても満足しました。
特にありませんが、あえて言うなら 近隣の住宅には気を遣うので若者が夜中までドンチャン騒ぎするのには向きません。

清潔で広々している点。海や観光地から近いという好立地の中、宿泊費が安い点。オーナーさんが迅速丁寧な返答、対応をしてくださる点。洗濯設備も整っていて、荷物が少なくて済む点。
駐車場が少し離れたところにある点。近隣との距離が近く、夜の音漏れが気になる点。リフォームされていない部屋があり、建物の古さを感じる点。
