Location was excellent - walking distance to Kissing Bridge, cable car, Symphony of the Sea show & night bazarre.
Room was large and very well presented including a separate storage room/closet. Lots of storage space and much needed A/C for the weather.
The access was via a restaurant on the rd side or a bar on the sea side. No separate access as indicated. We left one morning and both businesses were closed. We left via the bar having to unlock the door internally and left it unlocked.
Having such a great location above a bar means its very loud on the music front until approx midnight - then all is quiet.
The room is lovely but we were not allocated a seaview room ( this was not a huge disappointment to us tbh). Not all he facilities matched up what was listed on booking.com eg
No iron
No clothes airer
There was a kettle but no cups/teaspoons
There was no bin
There were no hangers on the clothes rail
There was no bathmat - the whole space is beautifully tiled with a free standing bath and separate shower cubicle - very slippy
No outdoors/balcony so no outside furniture
Sadly we were there 5 nights and no one came to clean the room or refresh towels/bedding
There lacked any information on locality and things to do/ local recommendations.
I fed all of this feedback to the representative of the agency that oversee the property locally. They apologised profusely and offered to pay for a car to take us to our next accomodation, which we accepted.
The room had only been ready for booking for 1 week and i think these things were missed in the panic to open in time.
I hope things improve and they take onboard our feedback. This i believe will improve the customer experience and improve bookkng figures
