We definitely made the best choice staying at Zao Hotel Phu Quoc! From the moment we arrived, Manager Christine and Hieu were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was good and that we had everything we needed.
On our third day, I didn’t have enough small change to pay for a Grab ride. Without any hesitation, Hieu kindly offered to loan me the money. That small gesture of kindness really stood out and showed just how genuine and caring the staff are.
Another highlight was the daily fireworks display at 7:45 pm and 9:30 pm, which could be enjoyed right from our room balcony. For a more immersive experience, Hieu recommended heading up to the rooftop—and wow, what a breathtaking experience!
Excellent hospitality, thoughtful service, and an amazing view of the fireworks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

飯店地點就在日落小鎮中心，房間窗戶就可以看到每天的煙火秀，離纜車站大概走路10分鐘內即可抵達，很方便
早餐是去配合的咖啡店吃早午餐，菜單主餐目錄是不限一人一份，要吃幾份都可以，餐點都很好吃
房間或浴室桌上總是有小螞蟻，馬桶好像也沒有每天清洗，冷氣濾網沒清潔，濾網超髒而且很吵，睡眠不好的人建議帶耳塞

تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس! كانت الإقامة مريحة جداً، والخدمات المقدمة جيدة وممتازة مقارنة بالقيمة. أود بشكل خاص الإشادة بـ طاقم العمل؛ فقد كانوا في قمة التعاون، الود، والاحترافية، مما جعل فترة تواجدي سلسة ومميزة. أنصح به بشدة..وممكن مشاهدة الالعاب النارية من بلكونة الغرفة.. الافطار كان جيد ويتواجد الافطار في فندق بالقرب من هذا الفندق.
