Could be better

Good location

Keep in mind how tiny this apartment is. Also what i didnt like is that the owner mistakingly gave someone else access to my room and never texted me saying this happened. had i not stumbled upon strangers myself i would never know someone else was in my room. It was also noisy

Extremely uncomfortable. Hot room no fan, faced bright loud street for windows never slept so poorly

Check in instructions were provided, but still confusing. There was no hotel sign or house number so it was difficult to confirm the location. This was also an issue with getting an overnight package delivered as they didn't have a house number and we then had to drive to FedEx the next day after spending much time tracking down the package. I had sent the hotel multiple messages about expecting a package and they mentioned nothing about this potential issue. Upon arrival, there is a code to get into the gate, then a separate code for a lockbox for the first door, then another lockbox for the next door as well as about a dozen lockboxes for each individual apartment, although the last ones weren't needed as there were electronic door codes which wasn't fully updated in checkin. Once inside, the room itself was relatively clean, although the toilet seat was broken and the cleaning brush had been left in the bowl. There was about a foot of room all along the bed, but instead of saving space for movement and luggage it was packed with a coat rack and TV stand, so we had to put furniture on the balcony in order to fit. The bathroom shower also leaked and had ruined the floor so that it was puffy and the bathroom door was nearly impossible to open and close. The biggest issue was no ac which would've been fine if there was a fan but the only option was opening the balcony doors which faced a very busy and bright main road. There was no screen so we either had a minimal amount of airflow and suffered mosquito bites or had zero airflow with the aluminum siding lowered. Have never slept this poorly in a hotel

A suitable place to stay if you're not picky

The room is basic, but it looks like it was recently renovated. The location isn’t in the very center, but it isn’t very far - a 20-minute walk. Keep in mind that the city has hilly terrain, and from the center to the property, there are steep slopes to climb, which is why we took the bus for 3 stops several times. The bathroom, although small, is equipped with a well-functioning shower and I liked it. Our room had a large window that opened, and it was quite pleasant to drink coffee there, almost in the yard. The price we booked was fair to us.

I can't say anything extremely negative, but there were a few unpleasant details, such as it not being in the top center (that's why the price is lower). There's no fridge, table, or chair. It could have been cleaned better. We didn't have a problem with noise, but only because the other guests weren't noisy. Otherwise, the walls are thin, and if other guests don't comply, it will probably be noisy.

La ubicación es sin duda, inmejorable.

El alojamiento está muy descuidado. Tiene una parte algo reformada que no está mal, con ventanas nuevas y otra que es mucho más antigua, con paredes y ventanas de madera sin ningún tipo de aislamiento, de ruido ni de viento. El olor a tuberías que sale del baño es insoportable.

la ubicación es algo compleja si no tienes coche. El lugar estaba como en obras... la puerta del baño no cerraba bien por el parquet, luego había como muebles viejos en un rincón cerrado con cortinas al exterior. Sinceramente habría que verlo una vez esté acabado.
