Close to most of the sites. 5 minutes drive from Kirkwall and close to airport.

Thank you to John & his family for making this lovely home available for people to stay in. It's spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed. Beautiful views over Mainland from the front rooms and a field of sheep and sunset from the back rooms and conservatory. The location is perfect just outside Kirkwall so you're close to all the amenities but have the feel of being in the countryside. The great big utility space for families & walkers is really helpful. I couldn't recommend it more!
It's helpful to use the pin from the booking.com direction feature, as there are 3 groups of two houses in the postcode! This is the first group next door to the owners whose boat is in their garden. If you pass the airfield cairn monument coming from Kirkwall you've just passed the house! (There's no name on the property).

This property is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, very well maintained inside and outside. Lovely and warm and cozy throughout the house. Bedrooms are very comfortable and clean, toilet and shower absolutely spotless. Everything you could possibly need and the attention to detail is unreal. Just like home away from home. The owners are wonderful people, they went above and beyond to help us and for that we are very grateful.
