We were visiting family just one block away, so the location was perfect. The studio apartment has a living living area with a large couch and a small kitchen with a stove, microwave and under-counter refrigerator. The apartment flooring, the bathroom and kitchen appear to have been recently remodeled and the apartment was in good condition overall. The kitchen was adequately equipped and was already stocked with coffee and a coffee maker. The host promptly got us a couple requested, namely a cork screw and a hot pad/oven mitten The AC and Wifi worked well. Street parking was available and worked-out ok.
The main entrance to the guest cottage is in a narrow, two-foot wide passageway between two garages. The TV is an outdated Smart TV with limited apps that cannot be updated so the main live tv app (Vudu) no longer works. No street parking permit provided. even though daytime street parking is by permit only. Fortunately, the risk of getting a ticket is extremely low/rare. The apartment windows are generally small and the view is often blocked by a planter or nearby wall.

Little cleanliness things could be improved like install new toilet bowl brush and sponges for cleaning dishes. Consider adding a clean strip of vinyl or wood on the base of the bathroom floor under the door. WiFi only worked intermittently.
