Hôtel neuf,très propre avec une très bonne literie.
Bonne restauration à côté avec des spécialités alsaciennes.
Nous reviendrons certainement.

Hotel part of the premises is new, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Unusual method of checking in with no one around in the afternoon but it worked just fine. Off street parking was a bonus. Didn’t have breakfast but looked ok.
We had dinner in the old building/bar/restaurant which was tasty & good value… but book in advance as we didn’t buy the guy kindly served us in the bar.
There really isn’t much around the hotel. We found a Tabac/bar 5 minutes away but other than that it’s the hotel bar. Troyes is a 20 minutes away walk where you’ll find more going on.
No tea or coffee in the room but there is a coffee machine downstairs which wasn’t working, not sure if that is left on normally??

Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles.
Nous avions demandé des chambres côte à côte et au calme. Manifestement le message n'avait pas été lu. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment trop bas de gamme pour un hôtel trois étoiles et pour le prix demandé.
