Tutto fantastico, stanza comoda, calda e accogliente. La sauna finlandese in bagno é stata una grande scoperta, adesso vorrei averla anche a casa
Mi é piaciuto tutto, se posso suggerire delle piccole migliorie aggiungerei lei macchinette Nespresso nelle stanze al posto del caffè solubile (o come alternativa) e aggiungerei in dotazione alle camere delle torce per camminare al buio tra questa struttura e quelle confinanti, dove uno deve dirigersi per mangiare.

O lugar é lindo, quarto super novo, confortável e a sauna no banheiro é demais! Jacuzzi também faz a diferença no frio. Conseguimos ver an aurora boreal do hotel, lindo!

The place itself was nice, and the sauna and jacuzzi were clean and ready to use. The spa was definitely the highlight and the real added value of this place.
We were assigned Chalet number 3, which is located directly in front of a parking lot. As a result, we did not really enjoy the nature experience, as we felt like we were sleeping among cars rather than surrounded by trees.
It was a huge disappointment to realize that paying nearly €2,000 for four nights in the “King Chalet” meant being placed right next to a parking area. It completely defeats the purpose of the experience.
The cleaning service was also disappointing. Not only did we have to request it each time, but when it was provided, it was quite limited (for example, the garbage was not replaced and the floors were not properly cleaned).
