Clean, spacious room and bathroom in small 3-bedroom apartment with sitting area and small kitchen. Pretty, quiet, residential area with easy bus access.
Hosts provided clear, extensive directions with photos and videos for finding and accessing apartment; but it still took some time and effort to figure out. Personally, I found one pillow too soft and other (memory foam) too hard. Body wash but no shampoo in shower. Rome visitors are required to pay 6 euro city tax -- unrealistic to expect guests to leave cash, hosts arranged payment via PayPal.

In questa struttura non essendo di categoria idonea, non servono la colazione
Questo obbliga a cercare nei dintorni dei Bar che, per fortuna, ce n’erano di buoni.
Devo dire che oltre a dover uscire per fare la colazione, una struttura che fa pagare la camera € 136,00 e non offre la possibilità di fare colazione, chiede una cifra troppo alta
Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la struttura usa servizi domotici!!
Purtroppo l’errore è stato mio non essendomi resa conto, in fase di prenotazione, che si trattava di questo tipo di struttura. Altrimenti l’avrei scartata!!
Era la prima volta che mi trovavo in questa situazione.
Ho avuto, diverse volte, difficoltà ad usare il sistema. Io e la tecnologia non andiamo d’accordo. Voglio potermi relazionare con “un umano” ed avere risposte immediate e non tramite email o messaggi whatsapp, per i quali si deve aspettare di ricevere risposta. Quando sei in emergenza, un portiere ti può aiutare e risolvere il problema momentaneo.
