La ubicación está perfecta para ir caminando a la playa de Langosteira.
Las instalaciones en general están bien aunque faltaría un poco de limpieza en las áreas comunes. También sería útil disponer de un pequeño manual de instrucciones donde se indique la contraseña del wifi, ubicación de enseres de uso general (escoba por ejemplo), lugares de interés en la zona, etc.
