Although we had updated our reservation from two to five guests both through Booking.com and by contacting the property directly, upon arrival we were confronted by an extremely unhelpful staff member who was unwilling to listen and treated us as though we had booked for two people and simply turned up with five.
After subjecting us to an unnecessary and unpleasant interrogation for nearly half an hour, she eventually modified the reservation herself.
Apart from the woman at reception, the location, cleanliness, and comfort of the property were all very good. Unfortunately, her attitude made for a very disappointing first impression.

Atendimento no front desk foi prestativo e cortêz.
Wifi estava muito ruim. Maquina de café não funcionou.
