Certainly, it’s a lovely place located just behind the city centre, surrounded by a pleasant atmosphere and a vibrant community of good people from the nearby area.
I received a call from the hotel just one day before my arrival, informing me that the room I had booked and received confirmation for through the online booking app was not showing in their system. I was then told that no room was available for my stay. This was quite disappointing and created unnecessary uncertainty just before my arrival.
However, after they came to know that I was travelling alone, they managed to arrange a single room for me. While I appreciate that they eventually accommodated me, the argument at that time seems to be not good.
For a hotel of such good reputation and quality, I expected better coordination between the online booking platform and the hotel management. Guests should not have to face such last-minute confusion after receiving a confirmed booking. I hope the hotel takes steps to avoid such situations in the future.

It is central located. That’s the only positive thing I saw.
Room could have been more clean, AC was leaking, hot water was not available
