Wonderful staff. Bunny was very kind and helpful and so was the other person who was on night duty at the reception. They made sure I got everything I asked for and organised two lovely tours for me and airport transfer. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this place.
A few mosquitoes, the walls are too thin and outside noise can be a bit bothersome.

Very cosy place and the staff is absolutely fantastic, very helpful and responsive! The room is perfect for a solo traveler and the bathroom is spacious
Overall great! It can get a bit noisy at night - but this is Asia’s charm :)

Everything I loved staying here.
Bug free. Comfortable bed, soft. WiFi is fast. Walkable to shops, market.Good restaurant. The ppl here are beautiful and kind and the best. I loved too it's peaceful, from reception area you cash see the river. I felt welcomed. Told something nice especially for a Solo traveller, that my home is your home. :) English speaking. Restaurant with low prices. Wow, for me, it's just a vibe here, and I've lived in hotels for almost a year in different countries, but this one is perfect for me, personally. Friendliness but not overwhelming. So, for me, it's not a Hilton but it's my new place where I'm extending. And it's clean and nobody bothers me. Oh, and a long workbench. Hot water. Good pool Anyway, I love it here. 10 ⭐ stars. Feel good place. Oh, and the pics match reality.
I found no fault here.

It was very clean. Location is good. Good value for money.
I expected more from ratings for this place. First, I get room different from the booking. 2nd, Wifi was not working good in that room. 3rd, the sink is small and the bathroom drain is bad.
