Convenient location. Easy to get in and out of house /room (door codes). Other tenants present but we never met them

Close to where we needed to go every day (stayed here for a sailing competition at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club). Easy parking. Room was very clean.

Would have loved to have a mini fridge (or access to a fridge) and a small tv. But we knew it didn’t come with these amenities so it was expected. Shower head was broken but usable.

7 / 10

Nice location close to a grocery store and park with beautiful trails.

When I arrived the room was not clean and there was no towels, hand soap, or body wash. Staff was friendly and shortly provided everything for my stay.

Definitely would not stay again, we felt very uncomfortable for the stay.

The room does not look like the picture.. We did not receive an email three days before with the address. Relieved we had finally found the accommodation, we found a lady in the backyard who did not speak English hanging out washing. We were placed into a self contained basement area of the home and.at 11:30pm we’re woken up and told to pack up and move into another room of the main house as we were put into the wrong room and told this room did not look like the picture of what we booked (true) and that space was also only bookable through Airbnb.. The alternative room did also not look like the photo. We had to wait over 4 hours to access wifi. The television had no stations available to watch. The second bed was a thin mattress from a sofa bed on a bed frame and not comfortable. There was no lock on the bedroom door or bathroom door. There were no fire/smoke detectors in bedroom. The dining area was the family kitchen and table. We thought there was shared bathroom but not cooking.
