Beautiful suite. Very new and very clean. Great spot to walk around.

I’ve not seen a cleaner or more beautifully designed space for a smaller ‘self-service’ location. Everything from the tasteful nautical accents to the layout of binder materials was thoughtful and excellent. And I’ve never seen a cleaner bathroom and room; all was sparkling, and I felt like its first occupant. The pillows were perfection and the temperpedic mattress turned out to be very comfortable.

I was in room 4, next to the cute courtyard seating area and directly adjacent from the coffee / tea and snack bar area (nice to have a few light breakfast options). But unfortunately as I found, the furnace which handles all units was close enough to the back wall of my room such that when running, the headboard actually was vibrating slightly with the roar of it. It was hard to sleep. My suggestion to owners is to consider turning that unit, if the only one affected by the furnace ruckus, into a breakfast nook since it’s already so close to the coffee bar. I’m sure it’s no problem in summer unless a/c is also loud!
